New Witch! Penny Leafhopper! Designed by Mitchan himself! Here's his original art for her:
So here's how she was designed... I asked Mitchan to design a Witch one day and he was like "yeah!" and so his design direction was to make her look super retarded... and in the middle of him drawing her I peeked over, saw her and said "she should be Nickel's sister" and then she was!!!
